WHO I AM

My name is Larisa.
I am an artisan working with reinterpreted and reclaimed materials.

In my practice, I explore the city as a text and create meaningful objects: linocut prints, textile prints made from street manhole covers, mosaics from used ceramic tiles, as well as small objects made from recycled paper and wood, following an environmentally conscious approach.

IN THE STUDIO

belsbox studio

This is where my souvenirs are born. From simples ideas to finished pieces.

I work by hand experimenting with materials, textures, and small details.

FROM STUDIO TO INTERNATIONAL EXHIBITIONS.

My work doesn't live onlу in the studio. It travels and finds new owners.

I especially enjoy working at port markets.

This is where travelers look for meaningful, handmade souvenirs — objects connected to a place, a journey, and a moment.

I create my work for this audience and prefer to present it where people are truly open to discovery, such as the port in Bar, Montenegro.

SOMETIMES MY WORK APPEARS IN A DIFFERENT CONTEXT.

In Barcelona, it was presented in a hotel space, where I introduced my international project featuring prints made from city manhole covers — street impressions collected in different countries. These pieces are created for travelers who value authentic details of a place and want to take home not a souvenir, but a fragment of the city.

IN ISRAEL.

I took part in a group exhibition with artists from different countries, presenting a series of illustrations dedicated to rethinking classic fairy tales.

My works offered a new perspective on familiar stories — the Hut on Chicken Legs and Karlsson — imagined beyond childhood, in a more adult and reflective context.
