Processing time
After placing your order, I need up to 2 days to process it (unless it’s something special like a custom sea tile set). After that, I’ll take it to the post office.
Below, you’ll find the standard delivery times, which are added to the processing time to estimate when your order will arrive.
To make the wait easier, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way. Be sure to check your spam folder if you don’t see it in your inbox.

Return / Exchange Policy
If you’re not satisfied with your order, you can return items purchased from belsbox.com within 14 days of receiving them—no explanation needed! Just send the item back to my address at:

Please keep in mind that items on sale (discounted) or given as gifts can’t be returned.
Unfortunately, I can’t refund shipping costs, and return shipping is your responsibility.
Items must be in their original condition — undamaged and unused — for me to accept them.
Once I receive the item in proper condition, I’ll send a replacement. Since all the souvenirs in my shop are limited editions, I may not always have an identical replacement available. If that’s the case, I’ll reach out so we can decide on the best solution together.
The cost of shipping the replacement is on me!
If a replacement isn’t possible or you’d prefer a refund, here’s how the process works:
Refunds for Returned Items
Once I’ve received and inspected the returned item, I’ll contact you to let you know if your refund has been approved or not.
If it’s approved, I’ll process it, and the amount will be automatically credited to the payment method you used when placing the order.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
The time it takes for the refund to appear depends on your bank’s policy. If you don’t see it within the usual 10 business days, please contact your bank — they might have different processing times.
